Privacy Policy
This page explains what CPC Tools (cpctools.com) collects, why, and what your options are. It complements the privacy section of our Terms & Conditions.
Who we are
CPC Tools is operated by Francisco Infante Aravena. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to support@cpctools.com.
What we collect
- Nothing, if you only use the free calculators. The calculators run entirely in your browser. The values you type are not transmitted to us or stored.
- Your email address, if you buy a report. Needed to deliver the access token that unlocks your purchase, and to reach you about that purchase.
- Payment details are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. We never receive or store your card number.
- Basic request data collected by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security and to keep the site running.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party advertising pixels on this site.
- We do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Processors we rely on
- Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record.
- Supabase — database hosting for the benchmark data and access tokens.
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
How long we keep it
Purchase records and access tokens are retained for as long as your access remains valid, and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to support@cpctools.com. Note that deleting your purchase record also removes the access token tied to it, which ends access to any report you bought.
Cookies
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Paddle may set cookies strictly necessary to complete a checkout; those are governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will change and the previous version will be available on request.
