These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CPC Tools (cpctools.com), operated by Francisco Infante Aravena ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Products and Services

CPC Tools provides:

• Free tools — calculators and estimators accessible without payment or registration.
• Paid reports — keyword-level CPC benchmark reports for Google Search Ads, segmented by industry. Reports are delivered digitally via a unique access token sent to your email after purchase.
• API access — programmatic access to CPC benchmark data via REST API, provided on a monthly subscription basis.

2. Data and Accuracy

All CPC benchmark data is sourced from DataForSEO and Google's Keyword Planner API. Data represents estimated cost-per-click figures for Google Search Ads and is updated quarterly.

CPC data is provided for benchmarking and informational purposes only. Actual advertising costs vary based on campaign settings, audience targeting, ad quality, bid strategy, and market conditions. CPC Tools does not guarantee that your actual campaign CPCs will match the benchmarks shown.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain data accuracy but cannot be held liable for decisions made based on this data.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card information.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a permanent access link (token) to your purchased report. This link does not expire and grants access to the report with data that updates automatically when new quarterly benchmarks are released.

Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an access token has been delivered.

If you did not receive your access email, or if there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased report, contact us at support@cpctools.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. API Subscriptions

API access is billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain API access until that date. No refunds are issued for partial months.

API usage is subject to daily call limits based on your plan tier (Basic: 1,000 calls/day; Pro: 10,000 calls/day). Limits reset every 24 hours.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use CPC Tools data for your own business analysis, client reporting, and internal decision-making. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish our benchmark data as your own product or service.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the website outside of the API.
• Share your access token or API key with parties not covered by your purchase.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CPC Tools — including the website design, benchmark datasets, tools, and documentation — is owned by or licensed to Francisco Infante Aravena. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CPC Tools and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on the data provided. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

We collect your email address at the time of purchase solely to deliver your access token and provide support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. For questions about data handling, contact us at support@cpctools.com.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.
